How do I change my wiper speed on my 2006 toyota corolla ce?

The slowest speed goes every 4 seconds. To me that's still too fast. It only has 3 speeds. It's not the intermittent version. It's so basic. There has to be a way! How do I change my wiper speed on my 2006 toyota corolla ce?
you'd have to buy an Intemittent Wiper Control. it might be available at your dealership. or u can go here:

When you buy the base model Corolla (CE), they do give you an intermittent speed, but the intervals are fixed at the factory and the speed cannot be changed. Unless you have the option with the variable intermittent selector, indicated by a turn dial on the wiper stalk, there's no way. Sorry. How do I change my wiper speed on my 2006 toyota corolla ce?
mr. vanessa hudgens had the right point, in order to have more control of your wipers

you would have to buy a variable intermittent wiper switch from the dealership or if you can find a wrecked corolla le then you can just grab it off from there
