How do you a change a rear wiper motor on a fiesta mk 4?

My rear wiper motor has stopped working. I got a second hand one, but the two wires from it (red/white and violet/blue) are cut. Do I have to get new wire from somewhere, and is the fitting easy. How is it done?!How do you a change a rear wiper motor on a fiesta mk 4?
You should be able to see for yourself if the wiring is the same colour on the one already on your car. Lift up the tailgate, remove the inner plastic trim (there will probably be small plastic screw covers to prise off with screws underneath) and have a look at the wiper motor. If the wires are the same colour (which they should be) then simply cut them in about the same place as the ones on the replacement you bought (or make them a little bit longer ideally) and then rejoin them once you've fitted the unit you bought.

It's easy to do just make sure you join them tightly twisting the wires together and also make sure you cover the joins in electrical tape so they don't rub together and burn the new motor out.
