How to change the wipers relay?

Find out where it is then just simply unplug the old relay and plug the new one in, very easy you shouldn't even need any tools. How to change the wipers relay?
First find the thing! A Haynes manual would help here, try Halfords or eBay.

Then it's just a question of removing the wiring from the old one, keeping note of which goes where, whipping it out and fitting the new one %26amp; reconnecting. With the ignition off, by the way.How to change the wipers relay?
it unplugs like a fuse usualy has three prongs so you cant fit it in the wrong way round

should have the relay layout in your owners manual

How often do I need to change my windshield wipers?

My windshield wipers have started to work less and less. It's only now bothering, but I'd like to improve their function. Should I clean them or should I replace them (they are 2 and a half years old).

Thank you!How often do I need to change my windshield wipers?
Standard estimate with %26quot;normal%26quot; usage is that you should change them every six months. At 2 1/2 years, I would say it's time to change them. Make sure you consult your owner's manual or go to an auto parts store and ask to make sure you get the correct size for both wipers. How often do I need to change my windshield wipers?
If you go to a place like AutoZone, they will sell you the correct wipers and help you learn to put them on.How often do I need to change my windshield wipers?
Replace them. Don't be that cheap. They don't cost a fortune. Instead of saving a few bucks, spend them so you can be safer. How often do I need to change my windshield wipers?
Replace them before they damage your windshield, windshield wipers should be replaced as needed. How often do I need to change my windshield wipers?
The time to replace them is when they leave a streak. The rubber has become unpliable and they do not make a good contact with the glass.

If it is slow, the reason is something else. Replacing them with a new one does not make them run faster.

The reason for low speed - it is of wrong size for your car. Wrong size (usually large size) puts additional load on the wiper motor and you could burn the motor to replace them sooner than needed. How often do I need to change my windshield wipers?
replace them. I would say once a year.

if you are concious of the cost you can buy a roll of just the blade rubber and fit it in the wiper yourself. How often do I need to change my windshield wipers?
replace every 3-6 mos. or use rain-x once a month. How often do I need to change my windshield wipers?
wow 2 and 1/2 years old. You got about 2 years more out of them than you should have. If you want your blades to work the best you should change them every 6 months. I do it at Daylight savings spring and fall. The only blade I have found that will last an entire year is teh Bosch Icon. It is a brackless blade that forms the window they are pretty expensive but are worth the money to me. They are about $25 a piece. So thats $50 for a set. Probaby more than you would ever think about spending on wiper blades but try them once and you will see why they are so expensive.

2006 Dodge Caravan. I took it to the shop for brakes, and they say I need more work.?

Is this something that I can do myself? I know nothing about cars except how to put gas in and change wipers. Should this really cost $300? It says %26quot;R%26amp;R F Stabilizer bar control link both sides%26quot; on the estimate. How important is this? Is there a way I can look at it myself and see if it really needs replaced?2006 Dodge Caravan. I took it to the shop for brakes, and they say I need more work.?
unless you have high milage or have had an accident i doubt you need to have the repair done a swaybar link controls the amount of body roll you have in turns it will %26quot;POP%26quot; when you turn or go over bumps. ALOT of cars dont even have them at all either way it is not going to make your wheel fall off, so if the repair guy is trying the SCARE tatic i wouldn't even let him fix the brakes. and @ 300.00 i don't know where you live but that sounds really high. i think if you didnt take it in complaining about %26quot;POPPING%26quot; noise the shop is trying to hose you2006 Dodge Caravan. unless this car has 100,000 miles hes rippin you off...you know nothing and ask if you can do it yourself???? if you needed a heart operation would you ask if you could DIY...not to be too sarcastic..so no you cant DIY2006 Dodge Caravan. I took it to the shop for brakes, and they say I need more work.?
I believe I know what this is, and a place tried to do the same to me once. I asked my family and they said if you make a tight turn, do you hear loud cracking or popping noises? If so, then yes you need it. If no, then they're trying to take advantage of you.

I could be wrong, but I believe that's the same exact thing I was told. I didn't do it like my family said, and my car was fine, but according to the guy if I didn't change it, then it would randomly break one day and I wouldn't be able to drive anymore.2006 Dodge Caravan. I took it to the shop for brakes, and they say I need more work.?
If I were you I would find a man to take it in to the shop and see if they say the same thing to him. Some of these places take Advantage when they see a woman coming.2006 Dodge Caravan. I took it to the shop for brakes, and they say I need more work.?
With out knowing the mileage it is hard to determine what would be required, if the stabilizer links are bad you probably have a lot of miles and the repair coats sound fair depending on the description of the work recommended2006 Dodge Caravan. I took it to the shop for brakes, and they say I need more work.?
you didn't say if that includes other things im assuming that there are other repairs also in this estimate what they are saying is remove and replace or remove and reinstall front stabilizer links i would try to help you more but i don't know what else you are getting replaced those links should be about 75 dollars to replace2006 Dodge Caravan. How do you change the windshield wipers in a 1985 Lincoln Town Car?

I have a 1985 Lincoln Town Car and I can't figure out how to change the windshield wipers. I tried opening the hood and changing them that way but that didn't work. They don't pull straight up and turning them on then off when they are up doesn't work either. They just go back down. Can someone help me?How do you change the windshield wipers in a 1985 Lincoln Town Car?
dr layne is right. Turn off the key, when wipers are midway up the windshield, so you can pull the arm straight out away from the windsheild, grab the wiper and flip it over. This will allow you to remove the entire head, not the arm. Then follow the directions that came with the new wipers. I would suggest replace the entire wiper head, not just the rubber piece and get an expensive set of wipers ($10.00), not the cheapest ($3.00). How do you change the windshield wipers in a 1985 Lincoln Town Car?
You should do what I do, pull up in front of Pepboys, or AutoZone, and ask a silly question to make them think you're clueless i.e. %26quot;Can you show me where the tools are to install windshield wipers%26quot; or %26quot;Can you show me where these go on my car?%26quot; . They'll come out to show you, and usually end up doing it for you. How do you change the windshield wipers in a 1985 Lincoln Town Car?
Turn the wipers on, while they are in mid wipe, turn off the key, not the switch. If you turn off the switch while the key is on, they will park under the hood.
