How to for wiper motor?

Hi all. I need help. Trying to save a little $$! How do you change a wiper motor for an Isuzu Hombre '98 (basically an chevy S10)? Thanks!How to for wiper motor?
remove the plastic cover, then when you reach the wiper motor, release 3 to 4 bolts and one electric plug



and you have to take out the bolt that holds the linkage



ok when you do that then..... raise both wiper arms and test you will see the wipers are going wild so you have to take wipers arm off and place it in neutral position and test again and again until you reach the exact wiper arm position and proper work orderHow to for wiper motor?
OOOPS--a dealer or shop fix--break any of the linkages and you are screwed---it is more than a bolt on thing
