ait all depends if you are doing it yourself or not. The prices for wipers can run from $2- 10 . 6 qts of oil and a good filter should cost under $20 at most places. Now, if you are going to have a shop do it you have to factor in the labor cost, roughly to do it , an oil change by someone else is gonna be anywhere from about $18 - $39.99 (!!) , wipers i'm not sure .How much will an oil and filter change cost?
