my windows ,wipers and air don't cme on when i turn on the motor. they were coming on before i start the car and now they won't come on at all. all the fuses are ok. what else can i do?How hard is it to change the relay switch on a 1999 kia sportage?

Some cars have fuse boxes under the hood and inside the car.
Make sure that all have been checked.
Check for loose connectors under the dash!
