Help!!!!!!!!!... Car maintenance at Jiffy Lube.?

Im going from New jersey to Florida and i need to know how much my car maintenance would cost at Jiffy Lube for a 2007 Jaguar XKR convertible:

Oil Change

Oil filter

Air Filter

Tires

Windsheild wipers

Anti freeze

Coolant

Crack Belts or hoses

Battery

Spark plugs



If Jiffy Lube cant do this or give me a price where should i go?

probably around $1200.00 for all of it. Most expensive would be the tires. Tires around $800.00 the rest maybe worst case about $400.00 (total of $1200).
